Proximity is a lovingly produced magazine of art and culture, focusing predominantly on Chicago, while extending a wide reach to many other locales. Chicago has needed a well designed magazine like this one for a long time. It is being produced by Rachel and Ed Marzewski, who are responsible for several endeavors: Lumpen, Select Media, Version Fest, Co-Prosperity Sphere and many other publications, art spaces, and gatherings.
