This booklet is a collection of various projects, reviews, how-to-guides, and stories, made by Let's Re-Make. They have been working together since 2006 on "The Library of Radiant Optimism for Let's Re-Make the World."

They started the library as way to gather, look at, and catalog a groundswell of optimistic and visionary activities in the late 1960s and early 1970s. The books they collect come from the counter-culture. Their authors were interested in communicating their direct experience as it related to many experiments for living in harmony with the natural landscape, building sustainable communities, taking control of mass media, self-organizing, and a lot more things. The books function as how-to guides - how to rebuild a society from the ground up in more just, sustainable, and fair ways in contradistinction to the dominant culture.

The cover folds out to make a color poster of flowers made from garbage.
