Tip of the Iceberg takes an informative, original, and highly entertaining approach to women's sexuality and health, filled with important information and whimsical drawings that possess a great sense of humor (the last page features an invitation to "Join us tonight for: Orgasm the Muscle Spasm - performing live at the Clitoris!").
